Brock McDonald: Brock has demonstrated an aptitude for History and Civics within the HASS learning area. His recall of significant events, names and dates is to be commended along with his leadership and communication skills. Brock consistently produces work of a high standard and always tries to
understand new concepts and participates to the best of his abilities. Well done Brock.
Nyssa Scheffler-Russell: Nyssa has demonstrated excellent academic endeavour and a positive attitude towards English tasks in Term 2. Her eagerness to learn and ability to work with others is appreciated. Nyssa has produced quality work in all assessment items and works to the best of her ability. Keep up the good work.
Stella Squiers: Stella is making excellent academic progress in all learning areas. She consistently
completes all class activities to a high standard. She is always willing to help and her work ethic and
behaviour are an example for her peers.
Andrew Hippisley: Andrew has achieved highly across all learning areas this term. He is quick to start his work and concentrate on the task at hand. He completes all set work to a high standard and the best of his ability.
Mia Harris: For excellence and developing her own distinctiveness in her writing. Mia has immersed imagery and creativity in her writing across the curriculum. She has an eagle eye for correct spelling and uses new specific vocabulary when writing. A fabulous term’s work Mia, keep up the wonderful effort.
Jeb Wilson: Jeb has worked solidly over the term in all areas of the curriculum. He has placed extra attention to mathematics and his spelling in writing. He frequently looks for ways to connect subject
specific content to his prior knowledge. Well done Jeb, I look forward to next term’s efforts!!
Chloe Anderson: Chloe’s achievement in mathematics has been outstanding this term. Her commitment to learning is infectious! She is a dynamic learner who thinks 'outside the box' and always has something unique and interesting to offer in discussions within the classroom. She understands many key concepts and applies them to different real life problems. Great work Chloe! I look forward to next term’s work!!
Ruby Duncan: For a consistently high academic achievement across the learning areas. Ruby has a
systematic approach, excellent presentation and outstanding attitude towards learning. Ruby has set goals, challenged herself, supported others and demonstrated a growth mindset. An excellent term’s work Ruby.
Jaxon Adams: For demonstrating increased confidence across all areas. He has strengthened his positive peer connections and shows respect to staff and fellow students.
Kaeshia Colbung: Kaeshia has established a positive attitude towards all given tasks in English, her ‘can do’ approach is infectious to her peers as she strives to perform at her best. She is willing to help and work with her peers without being asked. She demonstrates a high level of maturity. Kaeshia appears proud to be a member of her class and demonstrates leadership at school.
Kayden Fairhead: Kayden has made an improvement to his behaviour and attitude recently. He is trying hard to complete all set tasks to the best of his ability and avoid distractions. Kayden is beginning to
develop his understanding in all subject areas by having a more positive attitude towards his class work.
Alex Caporn: For modelling diligence and integrity in every aspect of his learning and helping others to do so. He displays kindness and empathy towards all students in the classroom and is a role model of the four core values of Quairading District High School. Keep up the legendary work Alex, you have settled into year 2/3/4 extremely well! I look forward to next term!
Violet Faltyn: For your wonderful ability to understand and show empathy to others. You are kind
hearted and have a nurturing attitude towards your peers, other students and staff. Your cheerful
disposition and sense of humour is valued in our classroom.
Emma Brose: Emma is a polite, friendly and hard working member of our class. Her caring and thoughtful nature especially when playing with her friends is amazing. Emma displays an enthusiastic attitude
towards her learning and always shows great pride in everything she does.
