La’neesha Yarran: La’neesha is a much valued classroom member. Her infectious smile and effervescent personality makes her a delight to be around. La’neesha is a friend to everyone. She is empathetic, inclusive and is the kind of girl who just gets on with it. La’neesha is keen to learn and has a strong work ethic. She has a never ending pot of kindness that she shares around the classroom. She is always the first to offer help in the classroom if she has not already initiated it independently. All wonderful attributes that are valued at QDHS. Thank you La’neesha for all your hard work, kindness and most importantly for being you.
Jerome Henry: Thank you for being a cheerful and helpful member of our classroom who enters with a smile every morning. You are always willing to assist your peers and the staff when needed. You demonstrate empathy and give compliments when they are due.
Emily Gregory: For always being a kind and genuine student. She always looks out for others and encourages them when they have done well. Emily respects our four core values of pride, respect, quality and grace. We are looking forward to another great term Emily.
Emily Garwood: For welcoming our new class member into the school and maintaining a positive attitude towards her work by trying hard to complete all set tasks to the best of her ability.
Kaeshia Colbung: Kaeshia is polite and kind to all staff and students at Quairading District High School. Her behaviour is exemplary and she is always willing to ask for help in order to improve or to help out fellow classmates. She is an excellent role model for peers.
Waynesha George: Waynesha has established a positive attitude towards all given tasks in Science, her ‘can do’ approach is infectious to her peers as she strives to perform at her best. She is willing to help and work with her peers without being asked and demonstrates a high level of maturity. Waynesha is proud to be a member of her class and promotes leadership qualities.
Isabelle McGinniss: For continually striving to do your best. You can now write independently and spell accurately when the sentence is dictated to you. You comprehend what you have read and complete the worksheets. You are constantly completing your goals in your education program to a high standard. You are a valued member of our classroom who enjoys socialising with your peers. Keep working hard Issy.
Lachlan Muir: For your amazing improvement in all learning areas. You have such a positive attitude to your learning and you are demonstrating a growth mindset when applying yourself to given tasks. Keep taking pride in your achievements.
Ella Hathaway: For her exceptional work ethic across all areas of the curriculum. Ella has put in maximum effort to achieve wonderful results. Her imaginative and persuasive writing has clarity. Ella tries to incorporate figurative language in to her work. Ella has also gained confidence in editing her work, by rereading and replacing words to make it informative and interesting. Wonderful term Ella, keep up the top work.
Skyla Anderson: For her outstanding work ethic across the curriculum. Skyla strives extremely hard to learn and grasp new concepts and apply them in new situations. Skyla has made huge improvements with her mathematics and her knowledge of fractions, decimals and percentages is improving every week! In writing Skyla has made a remarkable effort to use figurative language in her writing to make it more interesting for the audience. Skyla keep reaching for the stars. I look forward to next term.
Matilda Gelmi: For consistently completing all class work to a high standard and producing a beautifully presented report on camels.
Shelby Faltyn: Shelby produced an excellent lapbook presentation on harbour seals in HaSS. She provided a great deal of detail and facts and we all learned new information from it.
Leith Duncan: Leith has a sound knowledge of Numeracy. He constantly completes all his work in class and continues to complete all set homework. He is an excellent role model for all his peers.
Valerie Hayden: Valerie has demonstrated exceptional academic endeavour and a positive attitude towards the Biological Sciences in Term 3. Her eagerness to learn and ability to work independently is appreciated. Valerie has produced work that demonstrates high achievement in all assessment items. Keep up the good work.
