'Learning Forever' In order to support the learning of all students at Quairading District High School, we build collaborative relationships between our staff, our Aboriginal students, their parents, families and our community. We create positive communication, participation and interaction in a welcoming, encouraging and supportive environment that includes local Aboriginal people and respects Aboriginal cultures, languages and experiences. We acknowledge that our school is located on the traditional lands of the Ballardong people. We recognise the continuing connection to land, waters and culture of the Ballardong people, and pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge the contributions of Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Australians to the education of all children and people in this country we live and share together. |
